i am old


There is no modern interior design and it hide in small sideway.
All taste, feeling, sense of slight and touching are anti-modern.
Therefore, Fo Jing Yeung Kee Noodle in this era,
always ignored by delicacies industry.
I ask the owner why they don’t prompt their DIY fresh foods?
His answer: let everything let it run as nature… and I am old
Why your food so tasty and make people cannot forget it?
He smiley reply: cook it by heart, think about the feeling of the customers.
The foods no antiseptic treatment,
no overnight guarantee.
Then you can receive my sincerity.
I am old
Next year or next generation might not taste my sincerity anymore.
After heard his reply.
I felt pity and at same time must treasure

今天晚上在翁記臨收鋪時吃了一碗四寶+牛腩米,四寶原是有牛丸、粉腸、魚皮餃及魚蛋,但牛丸賣晒,轉了豬大腸!

很好味的一碗米,感覺比一般粉麵店好唔同,很有潮州風味!我自己是潮州人,這種翁記粉麵真的很有潮州的地道風味!

回想第一次去翁記食,是大約九年前升中四的那個暑期,我到協益書店當暑期工,書店老闆陳生介紹我到那兒吃,他說8蚊一碗河粉,幾好味的!幾經辛苦,終於找到翁記,一嚐後,真的既好味,又抵食!

自此以後,每年在協益當暑期工,間中都會去翁記試試,直到大學,大學畢業,每經西環總會自己或帶朋友去試試,不過有時剛好翁記已上鋪,錯過了呢~~~

繼續努力,yeah yeah yeah~~~
